About Your Stay
The décor of our bed and breakfast is bright, airy and “beachy” with a collection of Provincetown art. We offer a wide range of amenities at a good value. Our inn has eight comfortable rooms on two floors, five in The Main House and three in the new Cottage, which includes our WAVES Penthouse and 2 studio efficiencies. Openyear-round, we aim to provide a peaceful escape for our guests from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
We at Admiral’s Landing will make your vacation memorable! Ask us about dinner, entertainment, and nightlife recommendations — special events and themed weekends — we are here to help you have the best time possible during your stay.
Your Hosts
David and John had long dreamed of owning and running their own bed and breakfast/inn and knew that Provincetown was exactly where it had to be. In the winter of 2020 they saw that the Admiral’s Landing had come on the market and knew instantly it was the perfect inn for them to start their respective next chapter in their lives. David has a long history of working in the hospitality industry in Provincetown and John got a taste of it as a young man in London and Bar Harbor, Maine.
John lived and worked on Cape Cod for 5 years working primarily with dogs and cats but he was also involved with the Marine Mammal Rescue Network where under the direction of the New England Aquarium he attended to stranded dolphins and whales. In 1998 John moved to the NYC/NJ area and ended up owning and running his own veterinary practice for 15 years. He however kept his cottage on the Cape so he could escape back here on his weekends off . While John continues to practice veterinary medicine a few days a week, he remains truly in love with Cape Cod and thus drives up weekly to test David’s latest muffin recipes and chat with the Admiral’s diverse group of guests.
In his spare time John loves movies, books, gardening, and going for beach walks with Ruby, the Jack Russell.
David has worked several roles in the Provincetown hospitality industry for the last 10 years, including running another inn as the general manager for several years.
In the off chance David isn’t baking, cooking, checking in guests, walking Ruby (The Jack Russell), or relaxing on the Pearl St. patio, he is likely shamelessly geeking out over all things nerdy : Star Wars, Marvel, Science Fiction novels, Modern Technology, and Video Games.
