Parking

Onsite – one normal sized vehicle per room. Space is limited – We cannot accommodate LARGE SUV’s OR TRUCKS. If you are traveling with a large SUV or Truck, you will need to find alternate parking at your own expense.

Check-in time

3pm-8pm (arrangements must be made for late check-ins.)

Cancellations

There is a 10% Service Charge on all refundable cancellations. Your deposit will be refunded minus 10% if you cancel more than 21 days prior to your reservation. *If you cancel within 21 days of your arrival date, your deposit is nonrefundable. **Reservations which are cancelled on either the day of the reservation or by not showing up without notification are the full responsibility of the guest and payment in full is required. In addition to the 50% deposit, the balance for the entire stay will be charged to the guest.

Non-refundable reservations are by definition non-refundable after booking but can be changed up to 21 days prior to arrival to other dates within one year of the booking date. Higher rates may apply and are subject to availability.

Please note that during holidays and special events we have minimum stays which must be adhered to when making a reservation and cannot be shortened after the reservation has been made.  Please call or email us if you have any questions about minimum night stays.

We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts or inclement weather, or any other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at travelguard.com or insuremytrip.com.  This is a minor cost option to protect yourself.

Breakfast

Delivered breakfast is here to stay! Based off guest feedback, we will continue delivering our fresh baked item of the day along with a myriad continental option. Each morning your breakfast order will be dropped off by your door by 8:30 AM. You are welcome to enjoy in your room, in our lobby, on our patio, or on the go!

Deposits

We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation on refundable rates. Non-refundable rates require payment in full at time of booking. Deposits other than credit cards must be received within (7) seven days after you have made your reservation. Reservations made within (14) fourteen days of arrival can only be held by a credit card. For reservations of (2) two days or less, the full amount of reservation will be charged to your account. Personal checks are accepted on deposits only. Balance is due upon arrival in the form of Cash, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. There are no refunds for early departures.

All rooms are subject to state and local taxes (currently 14.45%)

Quiet Time

11pm – 8am.

Smoking

Our inn is a SMOKE-FREE establishment (with the exception of the parking lot). For your safety, we have a NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES policy anywhere inside the house or cottage. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open flame policy will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.

Guests are responsible for any damages or losses.

Children

For your comfort we cannot accept children under the age of 18.

Pets

Although we love pets, we cannot accommodate them.

***For the comfort of our guests, if you arrive with either a child or pet, we WILL NOT be able to accommodate you. We will do our best to help you find alternate accommodations, but you will be responsible for the balance of your entire stay. No refund will be given.

Minimum Stays - Short Stays During the Summer

Although we have minimum stay requirements during the summer months, we often get 1, 2 and 3 night gaps because of the way bookings are made. Please call to check availability.
