We are looking forward to being your Provincetown hosts! Please read the following and let us know if you have any questions.

Masks: Provincetown currently has an indoor mask advisory in place, we recommend bringing your mask as some businesses may still require them.

Check-In: will begin at 3:00 PM to allow for additional cleaning and disinfecting protocols and procedures. Check out is at 11:00 AM

Hand Sanitizer Stations: have been added and are located by the front desk, the patio door and inside the cottage.

The Common Area: We ask that if you are not seated or not socially distant in our common area that you wear your mask. We have rearranged our outdoor patio to promote social distancing with three small tables of two.

Breakfast: We offer a baked good of the day, with the option to add various continental items (yogurt, granola, cereal, and hard boiled eggs). This will be delivered outside your door by 8:30 AM each morning. You can enjoy breakfast on our patio, on the go, or stay right in your room and have breakfast in bed.

You can order breakfast online at the link below. There will also be a QR code on the front desk that you can scan. Breakfast orders are cleared daily so please only order for the following morning. Orders placd before your arrival date will be deleted.

On You Arrival Day, Click Here to Order *Please do not order before the day of your arrival. Orders are cleared daily after breakfast. Each day (by 7PM) you can choose your breakfast selection for the following morning. 

Note: If you prefer a ceramic mug for your coffee, we have Admiral’s Landing mugs for sale. They are $18 + tax. If you are interested in purchasing one, please let us know how many and we will place it in your room before your arrival and add the amount to your folio.

Fresh Bath Towels and Toiletries are available upon request before noon. Housekeeping service is only available upon request during the summer season. Please let us know upon check in if you would like service during your stay.

I(we) are not currently experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID19 as described by the CDC. I(we) have not been diagnosed with COVID19, and have not knowingly come in contact with someone who has been diagnosed in the last 14 days.
If, during my(our) stay, we begin to exhibit symptoms and/or go to be tested, I(we) will let the innkeeper know.
The Innkeeper's reserve the right to require a guest to check out if showing signs of illness or if unable to provide proof of vaccination.

There are no refunds for early departures. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests are responsible for all damages.
**PARKING: Onsite - one normal sized vehicle per room. Space is limited - We cannot accommodate LARGE SUV’s OR TRUCKS. If you are traveling with a large SUV or Truck, you will need to find alternate parking at your own expense.
Check-in time: 3pm-8pm (arrangements must be made for late check-ins.)
Check-out time: 11:00am
Our inn is a SMOKE-FREE establishment (except for the outdoor patio.) Please be mindful of open windows and other guests. For your safety, we have a NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES policy anywhere inside the house or studios. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open flame policy will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
*There will be a $30 replacement fee for all keys lost or not returned upon departure. This will be charged to your credit card.
**For the comfort of our guests, if you arrive with either a child under 18 or pet, we WILL NOT be able to accommodate you. We will do our best to help you find alternate accommodations, but you will be responsible for the balance of your entire stay. No refund will be given.
