Seafood
Lobster Pot, 321 Commercial Street, 508-487-0842. No Reservations
You can’t go wrong at this Provincetown landmark with bay views. The Pot offers a wide range of fresh seafood dishes and great Clam Chowder as well as Lobster Bisque. They also have a lounge upstairs called “The Top of the Pot”. Extremely popular, expect a wait after 7 pm in the peak season. They don’t take reservations, so if you didn’t make dinner reservations and you are having a tough time getting into other places this is always a great option.

Provincetown’s most establiched seafood restaurant is not to be missed. Offering a full sushi and raw bar, as well as a diverse menu and a new list of beers on tap. They also have a walk-up counter for ice cream and fried seafood in the peak summer season.

Provincetown’s finiest dining establishment. Contemporary dishes that reimagine coastal classics from the Mediterranean Basin. They require guests to be 21+ and to refrain from wearing athletic wear, flip-flops, t-shirts, or tank tops.

They serve inspired American cooking with European touches in their subterranean haunt with a fully-stocked bar. You can also dine outdoors on thier patio or picnic tables with spectacular views of Provincetown Harbor!

One of the best beachfront dining locations in Provincetown. Open for lunch, dinner, or just drinks. Seating is available indoor and outdoor and depending on the tide you feel like you’re dining on an elegant cruise ship. Classic seafood cuisine and lighter affairs. Try the coconut cake for dessert.

Formerly located upstairs at what was The Vixen, this wine bar now offers delicious small plates as well as a fantastic variety of wine, cocktails and craft beers. Reservations recommended.

This year the Mews is at a *new location! One of Provincetown’s oldest staples ahs now moved for the 2024 season closer to us across from Cannery Wharf park.

Incredible views of Provincetown harbor from the dining room and great outside deck for cocktails. Gourmet food, some of the best in town served in a 200-year-old house. A healthy walk from the center of town going West, but well worth it. Reservations a must well in advance.

European bistro atmosphere overlooking the harbor with great harbor views. An excellent fine dining for lunch or dinner. Reservations usually are a must for a table or the bar. Their French onion soup is to die for.

Victor’s offers a delicious “small plates” dinner menu of New American cuisine, sized for tasting and sharing with friends. Victor’s dishes are served individually at their hottest, freshest, in an open, airy, light atmosphere. Limited parking available.

A slightly longer walk to the west end on Bradford St., but worth it. They offer excellent food with a casual atmosphere.
The Canteen, 225 Commercial Street, 508-487-3800
A casual walk up to the counter, place your order and then They’ll bring it to you kind of place. They offer a hot lobster roll, drizzled with butter and served on a toasted, buttered brioche bun. Also, try the brussels sprouts!
Aquarium Market Place Food Court, 205 Commercial Street
This 1920s building was originally a garage, then an aquarium, and is now a food court, with a variety of businesses serving crowd-pleasing dishes, including Connie’s Bakery, Big Daddy’s Burritos, I Dream of Gelato, Fortune Cookie, One Love Café, and Mean Burgers. Pop in for a browse and a bite, then settle in for a front-seat waterfront cocktail at the Aqua Bar.

Diner-like atmosphere and a Provincetown fixture since 1926. They aren’t fancy. They keep things pretty simple. If you are looking for a varied menu with reasonably priced food, then look no further.
